Carrier Pre-selection

Write a short description of the image here. It will show if the image is not loaded. Non visual browsers and search engines will also read this text.

Carrier Pre-Select (CPS) is a service allowing you to route your outgoing calls over our network. This gives you access to competitive call rates and a wide range of services. Its simple to change over, we manage all the processes for you and there's no need to change your phone numbers.

Like many businesses, you may be paying too much for telephone calls. If you are already with BT then we know we can provide you with cheaper telephone calls and clearer billing so you can see exactly what you're spending.

It's hard to predict the savings in percentage terms, but we feel with the benefit of fully itemised call charges and clearer billing you will see the savings on each bill.

Our competitors often show savings on individual call types, but not the total cost. We don't because everyone's calling profile is different, what we can say is that we expect to save you around 22 - 25% using our service when compared to BT tariffs .

Who's it for?

CPS is suitable for any customer with BT lines who wishes to access better value call rates over our network using a simple implementation process with no service interruption.

How it can benefit your business

You can save money on a variety of calls depending on which service you choose.

Fractal Telecom can provide CPS for all international calls, all national calls, all international and national calls or all calls that you make.

You do not have to invest money in hardware and infrastructure.

Excellent customer service - we will work in partnership with you to ensure the service meets the needs of your business.

There is no risk of any calls accidentally leaking back over BTs network.

What it does

CPS automatically diverts calls from BT to our network provider.

There is no installation or programming of equipment required and you don't have to dial a code to activate the service. This means there is more efficient routing of calls to our network maximising the savings that you make.

How it works

We will assess your needs and fill in an order form for the BT numbers that you want to transfer to Fractal Telecom.

Fractal Telecom fills in an approved electronic order form based on the information you have provided and sends it to BT.

BT check the information on the electronic order and, as long as it is correct, the service will be transferred 14 days later.

The service is provided at the local BT exchange meaning that no equipment needs to be installed at your premises. During this time you have the option to cancel the service with no penalty charges.

Once the service is activated your calls will be transferred to Fractal Telecom network automatically.

There will be no interruption to your service while you change supplier and you are able to keep your existing telephone numbers.

If at any time you want to override the service and route your calls back to BT you can do this by dialling 1280.
