Upload speeds and/or contention ratios differ between the products to suit the needs of your business and your budget.
Whatever your choice you'll connect to a multi-million pound, fully resistant network. All equipment is provided pre-configured and sent to site immediately prior to installation. Alternatively it can be installed by our engineers.
BlueDiamondMax
A business grade product offering low contention ratios and employing rate adaption techniques to consistantly provide the highest available download speeds.
BlueDiamondMax Premium
As the name implies this is a premier connection with a reduction in contention ratio and a doubling of the upload speed. Throughput is improved over the standard product.
BlueDiamond Lite
When you know you don't need an 'unlimited' connection, a lite alternative may be suitable. It can be configured identically to the Max or Max Premium products, the cost reduction is because the data permitted is restricted. Over use is chargeable seperately.
Equipment
Proven technology exactly matching the capabilities of the broadband line. We will pre-configure the equipment and send to you by courier one day before the service is due to go live, so all you have to do is take it out of the box and plug it in.
Not all broadband services are the same, and they can be tweaked and configured in many case to get the best from the service for your needs.
