Fractal Telecom Services is an independent communications consultancy and providing advice and support across IT and telecommunications. Although we do provide telecommunications network services (cheaper calls, non geographic telephone numbers and business grade broadband), we offer truly independent advice and support to our clients.
Our services comprise:
- Independent Consultancy - Consultancy on all areas of voice, data and IT communications. Typical projects include cost reduction strategies, new equipment supply, IT networking and data management.
- Telecommunications network services - We can provide a full range of telecommunications networks services, from cheaper telephone calls, the use and deployment of non-geographic telephone numbers and the very best in business grade broadband services.

Training - Not core to our activities, however we can and will provide onsite
support and training in the use of Microsoft products.
Background
Fractal Telecom Services was established in 2003 by former Cable & Wireless consultants. We have a combined experience of over 50 years in the many aspects of IT and telecommunications, including technical support, sales, network planning and operations, customer installations. We are now using this knowledge and skill base to provide advice and support to businesses across the East Midlands. We had first hand knowledge of large consultancy companies making spurious claims and yet delivering little in terms of value despite the high costs. The role of the telecommunications consultant was receiving quite bad press from the rest of industry, we hope to change that perception.
Aims
We aim to provide our community with a realistic and credible alternative to the 'big' service providers. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service. Small and friendly, we don't have a call centre or a customer care department, we make a point of getting to know our customers personally.
